Loose strapping after packing is a common issue in industrial packaging. In most cases, it can be checked from the following angles.
1. Confirm whether the strap size matches the tool
If the strap width or thickness does not match the tool setting, tension and sealing performance may become unstable.
2. Check whether the tension force is too low
Different goods require different tension levels. Heavy or rebound-prone packages usually need stronger tightening.
3. Check whether the friction seal is sufficient
Battery and pneumatic tools need proper sealing time and pressure. If the seal is not strong enough, the strap may loosen later.
4. Check whether the product rebounds after packing
Cartons, textiles, foam packages, and compressed goods may recover shape after strapping, which can reduce strap tightness.
You can send us the strap specification, tool model, and packing photos, and we can help judge whether parameter adjustment or strap replacement is needed.
