Many customers ask whether they should choose a manual, pneumatic, or battery-powered strapping tool. A practical answer starts with four points.
1. Check the strap material
If you mainly use PET strap, battery or pneumatic tools are usually preferred. If you use steel strap, a steel strap tool is required.
2. Check the load size and weight
Light cartons and warehouse packages can use lighter models, while wood cases, metal parts, bricks, and heavy goods need stronger tension performance.
3. Check daily usage frequency
If your team straps products every day in large volume, battery or pneumatic tools usually improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
4. Check the working environment
If there is no stable air source on site, a battery tool is more flexible. If your workshop already has an air system, pneumatic models are suitable for continuous work.
